WHY .....because I am relaxed and distractions are low in my thoughts .....I now cherrypick random Jesus Teachings ... I love to meditate on in my thoughts ... and I quote Jesus scriptures and found out ...quoting Jesus scriptures with closed eyes ... is the easiest way.... to stay 100 % koncentrated and focused in my thoughts ... and when I made this quoting Jesus scriptures every morning before go up.... it becomes much.... much ......easier to remember with closed eyes ... and just relax ... laying in bed .... and have enough with time before wake up and distractions from laptop ..emails ... phone call have not started ...the day is new ... and I have renewed my thoughts with Jesus scriptures ... the first thing I have done ... and now my day starts with solving different problems .
